 ABLE New Mexico will be at the Rio Grande Down Syndrome Network’s Ballooni
 ng for All Rally at the Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon
  Museum.</p>\n<p>Come celebrate World Down Syndrome Day at a Balloon Rally
  that welcomes people of all abilities\, special needs\, and you! All acti
 vities will be held on the Balloon Museum lawn.</p>\n<p>Scheduled Highligh
 ts Include:<br />\n7:00 am – 9:00 am: Balloon Inflations\, Crewing\, Tethe
 red Rides\, and Wheelchair Accessible Gondolas on site.</p>\n<p>8:00 am – 
 11:00 am: Breakfast Tailgate Festival\, Food Trucks\, Music\, Resource Boo
 ths\, Shining Stars Art Exhibit by Department of Health and other fun acti
 vities.</p>\n<p>This event is part of the many activities celebrating “Ris
 e and Try Week”\, held March 9 – 17\, during spring break.</p>\n<p>Guests 
 are also invited to:<br />\nExplore the history\, science\, sport\, and ar
 t of ballooning and other innovative forms of flight.</p>\n<p>Discover how
  human aviation began with ballooning in 1783 and the many advancements th
 at have followed.</p>\n<p>Achieve new heights by gaining knowledge and ins
 piration from visiting our interactive exhibitions or participating in our
