Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program promotes early dispute resolution and positive employee collaboration by providing mediation services to resolve workplace conflict.

Loss Prevention and Control Program

The Loss Prevention and Control Program complies with the State Loss Prevention and Control Program rule (1.6.4 NMAC) in order to assure that loss prevention and control are an integral part of the job and the required training of each agency worker, a line management responsibility of high priority evaluated on the execution of this responsibility, an agency commitment demonstrated by the appointment of knowledgeable and experienced loss control personnel, and that compliance with workplace safety and employment-related civil rights rules and regulations is a priority. All divisions within the State Treasurer’s Office are covered by this program.
