Please note that the New Mexico State Treasurer’s Office (STO) will not be publishing cash balances at the state agency (business unit) level for fiscal year 2021 due to a 2021 Audit Rule change.
Per the 2021 Audit Rule Summary of Changes, page 4:
2.2.2.10 (P)(3)(f) NMAC: Removed requirement for IPAs auditing cash of state agencies to obtain a confirmation of cash at the individual agency level from STO.
