The New Mexico State Treasurer’s Office has issued a request for proposal for Online Cash/Investment Management Solution, RFP No. 23-394-000000-110. Proposal are due on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
The State Treasurer’s Office received the following questions, which we have answered as shown:
1. Section IV.A.9: Is the database referred to in question 9 IPAS which is currently provided to the State by Broadridge? This is also referred to in question A.15.F.
Yes, Section IV.A.9 LGIP data base is currently provided in the QED system as IPAS, as well as the on-line portal in question A.15.F.
2. Section IV.B.3.b: Training – As Broadridge is the current provider, is these questions applicable/required? I believe the State is current with all training materials and user guides. We are happy to provide again if needed.

3. Section IV.B.3.c: Transition Plan – As Broadridge is the current provider, is this questions applicable/required? Should the State choose to continue our relationship there is no transition plan.
